Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of sudoexpert.pro, freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the processing by JSC "SUDOEXPERT TECHNOLOGY", registered at 101000, Moscow, Ogorodnaya Sloboda, bld 12, office 3-P (the “Operator”), of personal data that I provide by sending an email to office@sudoexpert.pro myself.

Website forms generate email text locally in the user's browser and do not themselves transmit entered information to the Operator's server. Personal data is transferred to the Operator after the user sends the generated email themselves.

“Open email” and “Copy text” prepare an email or its text but do not send it. Users check and send the email in their own email application. Technical documents and other files are transferred only if users attach them themselves.

1. Data covered

My name and other contact details included in my email; company name and information, if supplied; email and telephone number; enquiry content, technical parameters and project information; other information I voluntarily include; and documents I attach myself and the information they contain.

2. Purposes

Receiving and reviewing my enquiry; preparing a reply, proposal, calculation or equipment/service selection; contacting me about the enquiry; processing attached technical documents; protecting received correspondence and information systems; and evidencing this consent.

3. Processing operations

I consent to the collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restriction of processing, erasure and destruction of personal data, and other operations objectively necessary for these purposes and permitted by Russian law.

4. Processing method

After receiving an email sent by the user, the Operator processes the supplied information using automated and, where necessary, non-automated means. The Operator takes measures to comply with Russian requirements for personal data localisation and protection.

After successful field validation and selection of the separate consent checkbox, the generated and copied text includes: “PERSONAL DATA. Consent to personal data processing: given. Consent version: SUDOEXPERT-PD-2026-09-24.” Without the checkbox, email text cannot be generated or copied.

Consent confirmation and its version appear in the email sent by the user. Forms do not create a separate server-side consent record, record an IP address or date and time on the server as evidence of consent, or store consent information in analytics, cookies or localStorage.

5. Duration

Consent remains effective until the processing purposes have been fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless another lawful basis permits continued processing. Specific retention periods for data categories are established by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Operator's internal rules.

6. Withdrawal

I may withdraw consent by contacting office@sudoexpert.pro and providing information that enables the Operator to identify the relevant email or interaction. On receiving a withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys data in the cases and within the periods prescribed by law, unless another lawful basis for processing exists.

7. Additional provisions

This consent does not constitute consent to advertising or marketing messages. If advertising mailings are introduced, separate voluntary consent must be requested.
